Billy Vestal Eller, 38, of Bristol, Va., died Sept. 24, 2021, at Bristol Regional Hospital. He was born March 26, 1983, in Wilkes County. He was a transport truck driver at Gary Kiser Trucking,
      He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Kerley Shumate, of McGrady; his father, Tony Vestal Eller, of Millers Creek; and his wife, Kristen, and three children, Aubrey, Brayden and Caleigh, of the home. He was a hardworking father, loving husband and son who always did his best. He was loved and cherished by all who knew him and he will be greatly missed.
