Notes:
The "Absalom Eller Cemetery" is near where the James Madison Eller farm was located. It has been cataloged before but in the last 25 years had become a mystery.
In July 2019, Dan Liggett and Harvey Powers were able to find it again. The coordinates should be very close to where we were. Thanks to Kin Church and Ken Michael for showing us the way. The location is on private property and both difficult to locate and difficult to reach because of the terrain.
There are 11 stones here. One is unmarked and four have only initials.

GME (or DME) The first letter could be almost any "round" letter. We speculate (with no proof) that it might be Mattias Eller (1831-1863) who died as a young man. Matthias might have had a first name we don't know. |

Reynolds, Sarah (1805-1875) Wife of Absalom Eller. Note: The stone says "In Memory Of." There is another stone nearby with just the initials S.E. that matches the stone of her husband and could be the actual burial location making this a stone that was added later. |
