  • Notes
    • Oct 17 1913, THE MINER COUNTY DEMOCRAT, (about the center of the fourth page)
The shock sustained when he was attacked and bitten by a dog is supposed to have been at least indirectly responsible for the sudden death of A. J. Eller, proprietor of the Fedora meat market. Eller had not been well for several days following the attack of the dog, it is supposed that the fright weakend his heart. A physician was finally called and Mr. Eller was thought to be on the road to recovery when suddenly he died.
(my father, Alfred Jacob Eller, a nephiew and namesake of A. J. Eller, told me that that the death was caused by blood poisoning caused by a dog bite. [ADE])
