Johnny Frank Taylor

May 4, 1940 ~ April 23, 2020 (age 79)
Johnny Frank Taylor, age 79, of Hiawassee, GA passed away Thursday April 23, 2020 at Chatuge Regional Nursing Home. Johnny was born May 4, 1940 to the late George and Sarah (Eller) Taylor in Hiawassee. 
Johnny attended Macedonia Baptist Church for many years. He enjoyed farming, rodeos, horseback riding and selling goats. Johnny definitely was one of a kind and a Papaw to many that wasn't biological but that never mattered to him, he loved them all unconditionally. He was loved and will be missed dearly by so many.
   
Johnny is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Warden Dover, Avery Dover, Boyd Dover; sister, Mildred Wiggins. He is survived in death by his son, Scott Taylor; sister, Montree McCarter; Grandchildren, Madison Taylor and spouse, Abigail Taylor, Zachery Taylor; daughter in law, Sabrina Taylor and a number of nieces and nephews.

No services are planned at this time.

Banister-Cooper Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for Johnny.
